Frequently Asked Questions

What promotions/special deals do you offer? How long are they good for?

To see our specials, visit the mainpage and look near the bottom where it shows the Featured Products. These are our current specials and they have a half-life of 2 weeks. They are updated every other Friday and will be removed in two weeks, to make room for the next group of specials. They ALL have a limited supply and will either sell out soon or they will expire in 2 weeks, so order quickly! We will update this with any new information about specials that we offer.

How does the instore pickup shipping option work? What do I do/where do I go to get my order?

We now offer instore pickup for those of you who are in the area and would like to save on the shipping fees. This may also come in handy if you are placing an order that you know will be delayed (i.e. ordering badges or other customized/ non-returnable items). This way you can pick it up at your leisure. The process is very simple.

  1. Place an order as you normally would, except choose: "Free In-Store Pickup" under the "Customer Pickup" heading.
  2. Your order will be processed as normal. Login and check under "My Account" to see your order status.
  3. When your order status has changed to "Ready for Pickup," then you know it's time to go and get your order.
  4. Print out the invoice of your order in "My Account" and bring it with you.
  5. The orders are prepared at Danville, IL, so this is where you need to go to get your order. Please note the hours we are open: 8am to 4:30pm Weekdays CST Directions to us are listed here:
